Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): lack of public understanding regarding procedures for using licensing services through the OSS-RBA System and Regional Regulations whose provisions are still unclear. Purpose: this study is to determine the level of effectiveness of licensing services through the OSS-RBA system, to identify and analyze the supporting factors and obstacles to licensing services through the OSS-RBA system, as well as to identify and analyze efforts to overcome these obstacles. Method: using a descriptive qualitative research method. Result: From the results of the research conducted, it can be said that the effectiveness of services through the OSS-RBA system from the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Indramayu Regency to the community is quite good, but there are still some obstacles or obstacles experienced by both the agency and the community. local. Even so, the Government of Indramayu Regency, especially the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Services, continues to strive to always improve services to the community so that they are more effective. Conclusion: After research activities, researchers can provide advice to the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Indramayu Regency to be more active in carrying out outreach to the public regarding licensing services through the OSS-RBA System. Keywords: Services, OSS-RBA System ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP) : kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai tata cara penggunaan pelayanan perizinan melalui Sistem OSS-RBA dan Peraturan Daerah yang masih belum jelas ketetapannya. Tujuan : penelitian ini bertujuan unutk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas pelayanan perizinan melalui Sistem OSS-RBA, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa faktor pendukung serta penghambat pelayanan perizinan melalui Sistem OSS-RBA, serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa upaya-upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Metode: dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil/Temuan: Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat dikatakan bahwa efektivitas pelayanan melalui sistem OSS-RBA dari Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Indramayu kepada masyarakat sudah cukup baik, tetapi masih terdapat beberapa kendala atau hambatan yang yang dialami baik dari dinas tersebut maupun dari masyarakat setempat. Meskipun demikian, Pemerintah Kabupaten Indramayu terkhusus Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu terus berupaya untuk selalu meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat agar lebih efektif. Kesimpulan: Setelah kegiatan penelitian, peneliti dapat memberikan saran kepada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Indramayu agar lebih aktif lagi dalam melaksanakan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat mengenai pelayanan perizinan melalui Sistem OSS-RBA.
