Abstract

Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The Sambang Warga Service Program (LASAMBA) is a public service innovation program created by the Sleman Regency Social Service using a ball pick-up system where officers directly visit the community as a quick response to complaints of social problems received. LASAMBA's innovation aims to improve the accessibility of social services so that they are more easily accessible to the poor, even though they have limited resources such as money and vehicles. So that the innovation of the LASAMBA service system, which is only one way, is changed to two directions. Purpose: This study aims to find out and analyze the effectiveness of the Citizenship Service program for the poor in Sleman Regency, Special Province of Yogyakarta. Method: This research is a qualitative research using descriptive methods and an inductive approach. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation. Result: Based on the results of research conducted, the implementation of the Resident Sambang Service Program (LASAMBA) for the poor in Sleman Regency has been running quite effectively. However, there are still obstacles that occur due to insufficient needs for facilities and infrastructure, invalid address data and lack of public knowledge about this program. Conclusion: The Sambang Warga service program (LASAMBA) for the poor in Sleman Regency has been going well, in order to increase the effectiveness of this program it is recommended to optimize the use of funds from the central government and use social media to introduce this program to the public. Keywords: Effectiveness, Social Service, Citizen Sambang Service Program (LASAMBA) ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Program Layanan Sambang Warga (LASAMBA) adalah program inovasi pelayanan publik yang dibuat Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sleman dengan menggunakan sistem jemput bola dimana petugas mengunjungi masyarakat secara langsung sebagai respon cepat atas aduan permasalahan sosial yang diterima. Inovasi LASAMBA bertujuan untuk memperbaiki aksesibilitas layanan sosial agar lebih mudah dijangkau oleh masyarakat miskin, meskipun mereka memiliki keterbatasan sumber daya seperti uang dan kendaraan. Sehingga adanya inovasi LASAMBA sistem pelayanan yang hanya satu arah dirubah menjadi dua arah. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efektivitas program Layanan Sambang Warga bagi masyarakat miskin di Kabupaten Sleman Provinsi Daerah Istimewa. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pelaksanaan Program Layanan Sambang Warga (LASAMBA) bagi masyarakat miskin di Kabupaten Sleman sudah berjalan cukup efektif. Akan tetapi masih ditemui kendala-kendala yan terjadi karena kurang mencukupinya kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana, data alamat yang belum valid serta kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang program ini. Kesimpulan: Program layanan Sambang Warga (LASAMBA) bagi masyarakat miskin di Kabupaten Sleman telah berjalan dengan baik, guna meningkatkan efektivitas program ini disarankan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan dana dari pemerintah pusat dan pemanfaatan media sosial untuk memperkenalkan program ini kepada masyarakat.
