Abstract

ABSTRACT Problems/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the implementation of digital id/digital ID card innovations for Tegal city government employees at the Tegal City Population and Civil Registration Service. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of Digital ID in the Tegal City Population and Civil Registration Service, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing Digital ID and to find out the efforts made by the Tegal City Population and Civil Registration Service to optimize the implementation of Digital ID. Method: This study uses a qualitative descriptive with an inductive approach based on Sugiyono's theory (2016) with observational data collection techniques, in-depth interviews (11 informants) and documentation including data regarding the Implementation of Digital ID / digital KTP Innovations at the Tegal City Population and Civil Registration Service . Results/Findings: The results of this study concluded that the implementation of digital id innovations becomes faster and more efficient because the data integrated in the system can be processed easily and accurately, solving problems that occur in the Tegal City Disdukcapil can be resolved immediately so that new problems do not arise, and the implementation of digital ID/KTP digital innovation at the Tegal City Disdukcapil has been going well because it is in accordance with the existing SOP. In the implementation of the productivity improvement program, there are several factors inhibiting the security of technological devices which are still frequently disrupted, the presence of invalid population data, and social and cultural conditions that are less active. Conclusion: Based on the findings and analysis in this study, it is recommended that the Tegal City Disdukcapil carry out network repairs at the Tegal City Disdukcapil, carry out ball-picking techniques for the community, and conduct re-data collection. Keywords: application, digital id, innovation ABSTRAK Permasalahan/ Latar Belakang (GAP) : Penulis berfokus pada penerapan inovasi digital id/ ktp digital bagi asn pemerintah kota tegal di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Tegal. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Penerapan Digital ID di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Tegal, mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan Digital ID dan mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Tegal untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan Digital ID. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif berdasarkan teori Sugiyono(2016) dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara mendalam (11 informan) dan dokumentasi meliputi data-data mengenai Penerapan Inovasi Digital ID/KTP digital di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Tegal. Hasil/Temuan : Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa penerapan inovasi digital id menjadi lebih cepat dan efisien karena data yang terintegrasi dalam sistem dapat diproses dengan mudah dan akurat, penyelesaian masalah yang terjadi di Disdukcapil Kota Tegal dapat segera terselesaikan sehingga tidak timbul permasalahan yang baru, dan penerapan inovasi digital id/ktp digital di Disdukcapil Kota Tegal sudah berjalan dengan baik karena sudah sesuai dengan SOP yang ada. Pelaksanaan program peningkatan produktivitas terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat keamanan perangkat teknologi yang masih sering mengalami gangguan, adanya data penduduk yang tidak valid, dan keadaan sosial budaya yang kurang aktif. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan temuan dan analisis dalam penelitian ini, direkomendasikan agar Disdukcapil Kota Tegal melakukan perbaikan jaringan di Disdukcapil Kota Tegal, melakukan teknik jemput bola terhadap masyarakat, dan melakukan pendataan ulang.
