Abstract
ABSTRAK Keamanan Informasi di era saat ini sangatlah penting peranananya dalam menunjang e-government. Kerentanan pada keamanan informasi menjadi isu penting yang berpotensi mengakibatkan kerugian baik secara materil maupun non materil. Untuk mengatasi masalah keamanan informasi atau persandian adalah pengelolaan persandian yang harus sesuai standar yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi pengelolaan persandian di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Madiun serta mengetahui tingkat kesiapan dalam pengelolaan keamanan informasi di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Madiun. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Selanjutnya data yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi serta menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah informan sebanyak lima orang yang tujuannya untuk memperoleh gambaran secara utuh mengenai pengelolaan persandian di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Madiun. Untuk memperoleh data secara actual dan juga memperhatikan kerelevanan dengan tujuan, maka dalam pengumpulan data penelitian peneliti memakai tiga teknik yakni wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan dan studi dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti maka diperoleh bahwa dalam pengelolaan persandian telah mengikuti SOP dan standar yang ada. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari sertifikat ISO 27001:2013 yang telah dimiliki serta hasil Indeks KAMI dalam tingkat kesiapan pengelolaan persandian memiliki tingkat yang “Baik”. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Persandian, Keamanan, informasi ABSTRACT Information Security in the current era plays a very important role in supporting e-government. Vulnerability in information security is an important issue that has the potential to cause both material and non-material losses. To overcome the problem of information or encryption security, the management of encryption must comply with existing standards. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of encryption management at the Madiun City Communications and Informatics Service and to determine the level of readiness in managing information security at the Madiun City Communications and Informatics Office. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Furthermore, data was collected through interviews, observation, documentation and using purposive sampling techniques with a total of five informants whose purpose was to obtain a complete picture of coding management at the Madiun City Communication and Information Service. In order to obtain actual data and also pay attention to relevance to the objectives, in collecting research data researchers used three techniques, namely in-depth interviews, participant observation and document study. Based on the results of research that has been carried out by researchers, it is found that the management of encryption has followed the existing SOPs and standards. This can be seen from the ISO 27001:2013 certificate that has been owned and the results of the Indeks KAMI in the level of readiness for encryption management which has a "Baik" level.
