Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The author focuses on problems in the Musrenbang of Wonosobo Regency in 2022, where there are more proposals that do not match the regional development priorities of Wonosobo Regency and several regional apparatuses in Wonosobo Regency are unable to achieve the performance targets set with regional development priorities. Purpose: The aim of this study is to determine the coordination of the preparation of the Regional Government Work Plan for Wonosobo Regency, Central Java Province. Method: This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through an inductive approach to the concept of coordination according to Hasan and Eviany's Theory. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing 11 informants, participant observation, and documentation. Result: The findings obtained by the authors in this study are that the coordination of the preparation of the Regional Government Work Plan at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Wonosobo Regency, Central Java Province is quite good, although further handling of the next coordination process is still needed. Conclusion: Coordination of the preparation of the Regional Government Work Plan at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) Wonosobo Regency, Central Java Province has been going well, this is due to the ease of obtaining information, ease of communication, use and means of information technology, the activeness of regional apparatuses, the obedience of regional apparatuses , competent leaders, agenda setting, forms of agreement and commitment, sanctions for violators of agreements, incentives for coordinating implementers. ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Penulis berfokus pada permasalahan dalam Musrenbang Kabupaten Wonosobo Tahun 2022 lebih banyak usulan yang tidak sesuai prioritas pembangunan daerah Kabupaten Wonosobo dan beberapa perangkat daerah di Kabupaten Wonosobo tidak mampu mencapai target kinerja yang telah ditentukan dengan prioritas pembangunan daerah. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui koordinasi penyusunan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Wonosobo Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan induktif terhadap konsep koordinasi menurut Teori Hasan dan Eviany. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara terhadap 11 informan, observasi berperan serta, dan dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang diperoleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu koordinasi penyusunan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (Bappeda) Kabupaten Wonosobo Provinsi Jawa Tengah cukup baik, walaupun masih diperlukan adanya penanganan lebih lanjut terhadap proses koordinasi selanjutnya. Kesimpulan: Koordinasi penyusunan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (Bappeda) Kabupaten Wonosobo Provinsi Jawa Tengah telah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini dikarenakan adanya kemudahan mendapat informasi, kemudahan komunikasi, penggunaan dan sarana teknologi informasi, keaktifan perangkat daerah, ketaatan perangkat daerah, leader yang kompeten, agenda setting, bentuk kesepakatan dan komitmen, sanksi bagi pelanggar kesepakatan, insentif bagi pelaksana koordinasi. Kata kunci: Koordinasi; Penyusunan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah; Pembangunan Daerah.
