Abstract

ABSTRAK Oleh: Arya Akbar Kusuma Dosen Pembimbing: Prof. Dr. Muh. Ilham, M.Si Efektivitas dapat dimaknai sebagai tepat penggunaan, tepat target, hasil guna atau yang menunjang tujuan. Kata efektif diambiI dari kata bahasa lnggris effective yang artinya berhasilnya sesuatu dilakukan atau sesuatu hal berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data primer diperoleh secara langsung dari sumber dan pihak yang yang menjadi objek penelitian tanpa perantara melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokuemntasi. Pengukuran tingkat efektivitas menggunakan teori Muasaroh yang terdiri dari Aspek Tugas dan Fungsi, Aspek Rencana atau Program, Aspek Ketentuan dan Peraturan, Aspek Tujuan dan Kondisi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas penanggulangan bencana kebakaran hutan dan lahan BPBD Kabupaten Batanghari masih belum sesuai dengan output yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat. Masih perlu nya peningkatan mulai dari sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasana BPBD Kabupaten Batanghari untuk tercapainya efektif nya penanggulangan bencana kebakaran hutan dan lahan di Kabupaten Batanghari. Ilham, M.Si Efficiency can be interpreted as the appropriate use, target accuracy, utility results, or support of goals. The word "effective" is derived from the English word "effective," which means the successful accomplishment of something or the successful implementation of something. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Primary data is obtained directly from sources and parties that are the objects of research without intermediaries through observation, interviews, and documentation. The level of effectiveness is measured using Muasaroh's theory, which consists of Task and Function Aspects, Plan or Program Aspects, Regulation and Rule Aspects, Objective and Condition Aspects. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of forest and land fire disaster management by the Batanghari Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency is still not in accordance with the output perceived by the community. There is still a need for improvement, starting from the human resources and infrastructure of the Batanghari Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency to achieve the effectiveness of forest and land fire disaster management in Batanghari Regency.
