Abstract
ABSTRAK IMPLEMENTASI COORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY DI KABUPATEN ACEH BARAT PROVINSI ACEH Oleh: Nama: T. Arsalin Risal Dosen Pembimbing: Dra. Nur Handayani, M.Si Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi CSR di Kabupaten Aceh Barat Provinsi Aceh serta mengetahui hambatan dalam implementasi CSR serta upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan yang terjadi. Adapun dalam melaksanakan penelitian, peneliti berpedoman pada teori implementasi yang dikemukakan oleh Muchlis Hamdi yang terdiri atas tiga dimensi yaitu produktivitas, Linieritas, dan efesiensi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif. Metode pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah observasi, wawancara/interview, dokumentasi dan Trigulasi (gabungan) dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut diketahui bahwa implementasi CSR di Kabupaten Aceh Barat cukup baik dengan pelaksanaan yang tersrtruktur dan terencana, namun masih ditemukan beberapa hambatan yaitu masih terjadi ketidak sesuian antar perencanaan kegiatan CSR dengan ralisasi kegiatan lalu ketidaksesuaian antar penetapan waktu pelaksanaan dan realisasi, kemudian masih minimnya penggunaan teknologi yang berkaitan dengan implementasi CSR dan kurangnya informasi yang didapat oleh masyarakat yang mengakibatkan kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam implementasi CSR. Oleh karena itu dilakukan upaya untuk mengoptimalkan implementasi CSR seperti penyesuaian perencanaan baik perencanaan kegiatan maupaun perencanan anggaran dana CSR serta melaksanakan kolaboarasi dengan pihak IT dalam menciptakan aplikasi yang bertujuan sebagai wadah untuk menampung setiap pelaksanaan CSR di Kabupaten Aceh Barat Provinsi Aceh, serta pelaksanaan sosialisasi dan seminar umum untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai CSR di Kabuapten Aceh Barat Provinsi Aceh. Nur Handayani, M.Si This research is focused on knowing how the implementation of CSR in West Aceh Regency, Aceh Province and knowing the obstacles in the implementation of CSR and the efforts made to overcome the obstacles that occur. In conducting the research, the researcher is guided by the implementation theory proposed by Muchlis Hamdi which consists of three dimensions, namely productivity, linearity, and efficiency. The research method used in this research is qualitative research that uses descriptive research methods with an inductive approach. The data collection methods that the author uses are observation, interviews, documentation and Trigulation (combined) documentation. Data analysis techniques by means of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The results of the study found that the implementation of CSR in West Aceh Regency is quite good with structured and planned implementation, but there are still some obstacles, namely there is still a mismatch between the planning of CSR activities and the realization of activities and the mismatch between the timing of implementation and realization, then the lack of use of technology related to the implementation of CSR and the lack of information obtained by the community which results in a lack of community participation in the implementation of CSR. Therefore, efforts were made to optimize the implementation of CSR such as adjusting the planning of both activity planning and budget planning for CSR funds and collaborating with IT in creating an application that aims to accommodate every CSR implementation in West Aceh Regency, Aceh Province, as well as implementing socialization and public seminars to increase knowledge about CSR in West Aceh Regency, Aceh Province.
