Abstract
ABSTRACT Problems/Background (GAP): The representation of women in the Pontianak City DPRD is still far from 30% (Thirty Percent ), which is 15% (Fifteen Percent). Of the 12 (Twelve) parties, there are only 3 (Three) political parties that represent women's representation, namely the PDI Perjuangan, Golkar Party, and Prosperous Justice Party. Purpose : This study aims to identify and analyze the role of female members in the membership performance of the Pontianak City DPRD and to identify and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors. role in the performance of women's membership in the Pontianak City DPRD for the 2019 -2024 period.The theory used in this study is the Role Theory of Biddle and Thomas theory in Sarwono (2015). Role theory is divided into four groups, namely people who take part in social interactions, the behavior that appears in these interactions, the position of people in behavior, and the relationship between people and behavior. Methods : This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive. Results : Approach to obtain facts about the representation of women legislature members in the roles and inhibiting and supporting factors carried out by the Pontianak City Regional People's Legislative Assembly. The technique of collecting data is a semi-structured interview technique, processing, analyzing and interpreting data in the form of sentences. Conclusion : The conclusion in this study is the Role of Women's Representation in DPRD Membership Performance The results of the 2019 Legislative election in Pontianak City, West Kalimantan Province, are actively involved with different ethnic groups, even though they are also under 30% of female members. They work together and are responsive to the needs of the people of Pontianak City. Keywords : Role, Women's Representation, DPRD ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP) : Keterwakilan perempuan di DPRD Kota Pontianak masih jauh dari 30 % (Tiga Puluh Persen) yakni sebesar 15% (Lima Belas Persen). Dari 12 (Dua Belas) Partai hanya ada 3 (Tiga) partai politik yang ada mewakili keterwakilan perempuan yaitu PDI Perjuangan, Partai Golkar, dan Partai Keadilan Sejahtera. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peranan anggota perempuan dalam kinerja keanggotaan DPRD Kota Pontianak serta mengetahui dan mengnanalisis faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat peranan dalam kinerja keanggotaan perempuan di DPRD Kota Pontianak periode 2019 -2024.Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Peranan dari Teori Biddle dan Thomas dalam Sarwono (2015). Teori peranan dibagi dalam empat golongan, yaitu orang-orang yang mengambil bagian dalam interaksi sosial, perilaku yang muncul dalam interaksi tersebut, kedudukan orang-orang dalam perilaku, serta kaitan antara orang dan perilaku. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil/Temuan : Mendapatkan fakta-fakta keterwakilan anggota legislatif Perempuan dalam peranan serta faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung yang dilakukan oleh Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kota Pontianak. Teknik mengumpulkan data adalah teknik wawancara semi terstruktur, mengolah, menganalisis dan menginterpretasi data dalam bentuk kalimat. Kesimpulan : Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Peranan Keterwakilan Perempuan Dalam Kinerja Keanggotaan DPRD Hasil pemilu Legislatif 2019 di Kota Pontianak Provinsi Kalimantan Barat terlibat aktif dengan suku yang berbeda meskipun juga di bawah 30% anggota perempuan ini saling bekerja sama serta responsive dalam kebutuhan masyarakat Kota Pontianak.
