Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement / Background (GAP) : (contains the background behind the research). Death Certificate Service of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Madiun City which makes it easier for the public to issue Death Certificate documents Inter-Death Certificate Service While Glorifying the Body (Taksiah) which is carried out online through whatsapp social media. Objective: the purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of death certificate issuance services based on inter-death certificate services while glorifying the body (TAKSIAH) at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Madiun City, East Java Province. Method: This study uses qualitative research methods that are descriptive by using an inductive approach, the author obtains data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Results: the results of this study show that the issuance of Death Certificates Based on Taksiah Services runs effectively with indicators to analyze the effectiveness of death certificate issuance services in Steers theory (1977), namely production, efficiency, satisfaction, adaptation and development. Obstacles in this research are taken into consideration for evaluation and will be corrected for maximum Death Certificate issuance services. Conclusion: The results of this study show that the issuance of Death Certificates based on Taksiah services has been running effectively in accordance with the dimensions of production, satisfaction, adaptation and development. It needs to be improved on the dimension of efficiency and there are obstacles such as the occurrence of disruption of the SIAK server of the Ministry of Home Affairs, public ignorance of the existence of Taksiah services and Lack of employees in Taksiah services. The author suggests that the Population and Civil Registration Office of Madiun City carry out notifications to the public that there is a central server disruption, carry out collaboration with sub-districts, sub-districts, RWs, and RTs in reporting deaths in Disdukcapil Madiun City. Pelayanan Akta Kematian Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Madiun yang memudahkan masyarakat untuk menerbitkan dokumen Akta Kematian Pelayanan Antar Akta Kematian Seraya Memuliakan Jenazah (Taksiah) yang dilaksanakan secara daring melalui media sosial whatsapp. Tujuan: tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Pelayanan Penerbitan Akta Kematian Berbasis Pelayanan Antar Akta Kematian Seraya Memuliakan Jenazah (TAKSIAH) Pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Madiun Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptid dengan menggunakan pendekatan induktif, penulis memperoleh data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil/Tujuan : hasil dari Penelitian ini menunnjukan bahwa penerbitan Akta Kematian Berbasis Pelayanan Taksiah berjalan dengan efektif dengan indikator untuk menganalisis efektivitas pelayanan penerbitan akta kematian dalam teori Steers (1977) yaitu produksi, efisiensi, kepuasan, adaptasi dan perkembangan. Hambatan dalam peneilitan ini dijadikan pertimbangan untuk mengevaluasi dan akan diperbaiki guna pelayanan penerbitan Akta Kematian yang maksimal. Kesimpulan : Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerbitan Akta Kematian berbasis pelayanan Taksiah sudah berjalan dengan efektif sesuai dengan dimensi produksi, kepuasan, adaptasi dan perkembangan. Perlu ditingkatkan pada dimensi efisiensi dan terdapat hambatan seperti Terjadinya gangguan server SIAK Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Ketidaktahuan masyarakat akan adanya pelayanan Taksiah dan Kurangnya pegawai dalam pelayanan Taksiah. Penulis menyarankan agar Dinas kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Madiun Melaksanakan pemberitahuan kepada masyarakat bahwa sedang terjadi gangguan server pusat, Melaksanakan kolaborasi dengan Camat, Lurah, RW, dan RT dalam melaporkan kematian di Disdukcapil Kota Madiun.memaksimalkan pegawai yang tersedia.
