Abstract
Problem/Background (GAP): This study aims to illustrate the retrospective analysis of the impacts caused by the policy of Implementing Restrictions on Community Activities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the Metro City of Lampung Province. Purpose: This research is expected to be used as a reference for policymakers in empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises to improve the quality of policies made for Business, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. Method: This study uses the theory of retrospective analysis proposed by William N. Dunn with a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques through reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses data source trianggulation. Results: With this study, it shows that the implementation of the PPKM policy has an impact on MSME actors. Declining income is one of the impacts caused by this policy. Conclusion: The Office of Cooperatives, MSEs, UM, and Industry as the regional apparatus organization that oversees the course of MSMEs continues to strive to improve the quality of MSMEs after being affected by these policies by making various policies such as stimulus fund assistance, providing training facilities, and helping to promote MSME products.
