Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem (GAP): Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is one of the public health problems in Indonesia with the number of sufferers fluctuating every year and tends to increase and its spread to various regions. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus and is transmitted by the Aedes Aegypti and Albopictus mosquitoes. In 2020, Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still a problem in Sikka Regency. The Sikka Regency Government stated that the worst case of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) occurred in 2020 and the enactment of an extraordinary event (KLB). Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the Sikka Regent's Instruction Number 17/HK/2020 concerning Early Alertness to Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever in Sikka Regency. Method: The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and also documentation. Results/Findings: Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the implementation of the Sikka Regent's Instruction Number 17/HK/2020 concerning Early Alertness Against Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever has not run optimally. This is because the communication carried out in the distribution of information has not gone well, the number of implementing staff is not sufficient, there is no strong commitment, and the budget is limited so that there is no incentive for the implementers of the Sikka Regent's Instruction. Suggestions from the author are that it is hoped that more frequent field monitoring should be carried out, the information conveyed must be clear and directed, the appointment of task-implementing staff, a sense of care for the environment and also the community, always carry out evaluations every week and also carry out socialization and counseling related to the Sikka Regent's instructions regarding eradication of dengue hemorrhagic fever in the community and religious pulpits. Conclusion: the implementation of the Sikka Regent's Instruction Number 17/HK/2020 Concerning Early Alertness to Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever has gone well with the harmony of the four theoretical indicators.
