Abstract
Problem/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the problem where before the emergence of online servicesThe , the public who want to take care of public services must come directly to the official office. Managing a permit such as a public service permit from the start to the end process takes quite a long time and is ineffective. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the implementation of online public Pekanbaru City. Methods: This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach and analysis of the theory of electronic service (quality of service) from Zeitahml and Parasuraman. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews (7 informants), documentation and observation. Results/Findings: There is still no direct check by the center on the security of the application, so there is still no guarantee for the security of the application. Conclusion: Fulfillment Dimension ,how local government organizations related to integrated public service applications can quickly provide information requested by the community through the Communication and Information Office.dimension System Availability, regarding the application works fine. This integrated public service has applications developed by other local government organizations. Dimensions privacy, service quality in serving the community, application security to store information obtained from the public and misuse of information obtained from online public services.
