Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): (Contains the background behind the research). The uneven development in the Basic Infrastructure Services and Regional Connectivity sector is one of the causes of the inequality in regional welfare growth. Road conditions in Gunung Mas Regency, only as much as 25.3 percent or 186.93 km of roads that have good condition, while 17.44 percent are in moderate condition, 34.77 percent are in damaged condition and the rest are severely damaged by 22 ,50 percent.Purpose for effectiveness in the administration of the local government of Gunung Mas Regency, to identify and analyze the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the effectiveness of the local government of Gunung Mas Regency, to identify and analyze efforts to overcome the factors inhibiting the effectiveness of the local government of Gunung Mas Regency.Method: This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with an inductive approach, where the authors obtain data by means of interviews, observation and documentation Result The quality level of the effectiveness of local government administration in Gunung Mas Regency is good and there is no doubt that although there were some obstacles that were found, they did not significantly affect the course of the programs that had been compiled. At the implementation stage, local government administration is compiled and regulated based on the program that has been listed in the strategic plan in the RPJDM of Gunung Mas Regency for 2019-2024. Conclusion: the data that the authors get, the authors obtain information that the effectiveness of governance carried out by the Regional Development Planning and Development Research Agency of Gunung Mas Regency is optimal but the final result still has several obstacles.
