Abstract
Problem/Background (GAP): Recently, increasingly sophisticated technology has encouraged the Batam City Government to create advanced government programs that can adapt to the current developments. Especially in the licensing sector, which is realized with the Easy Online Licensing Website by the Investment Office and Batam City One Stop Services, The goal is to provide convenience and comfort for the people of Batam City and government employees themselves. Destination:. This study aims to determine and describe the quality of the Easy Online Licensing Website in Batam City, the inhibiting factors and the efforts made to overcome these obstacles. Methods: The researcher uses the cinnambela theory which has the dimensions of transparency, accountability, conditionality, participation, equal rights, balance and rights obligations. Sources of data and informants as many as 8 people consisting of the Head of Batam City One-Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service, Secretary of Batam City One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Office, Head of City Investment Licensing, Economics and Social Services Office of City One Stop Integrated Services. Batam, Head of Promotion, Data and Information of Batam City Investment Investment and One Stop Service, General Functional Staff of Batam City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office, 3 people from the community. The data collection technique used is by means of observation, interviews, and documentation while for the data analysis technique the researcher uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Result: The results show that the Easy Online Licensing Website in Batam City is sufficient. good and can be said of quality. This can be seen from the factors of adequate facilities and infrastructure such as computers for visitors that can be used independently and the Easy Online Licensing Website which is easy to access and understand by the public. Cooperation with experts for the provision of a good and stable Internet network and server. Conclusion: The Batam City Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office must maintain what has been good and continue to develop the Easy Online Licensing Website so that it can be used optimally without any shortcomings.
