Abstract
ABSTRAK Penggunaaan website sebagai sistem informasi untuk penyebaran informasi publik telah diterapkan di berbagai kabupaten dan kota di Indonesia. Analisis dari kesuksesan website merupakan salah satu langkah untuk mengembangkan website menjadi lebih baik lagi. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mencari faktor faktor atau variabel yang berpengaruh dalam kualitas sebuah website. Untuk memudahkan penenelitian maka variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel pada model Webqual 4.0, dimana kualitas website ditentukan oleh kepuasan pengguna yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel kegunaan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas interaksi layanan. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu metode analisis kuantitatif yang diungkapkan dalam distribusi skor dan kategori skala penilaian yang telah ditentukan.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menempatkan kuisioner pada website Kota Tarakan. Tujuan dari penenelitian ini adalah mencari besar pengaruh dari variabel tersebut kemudian merekomendasikan perbaikan untuk pengembangan website agar lebih baik. Hasil Uji pada penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel kegunaan berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 38,46%, variabel kualitas informasi berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 43,32%, dan variabel kualitas interaksi layanan berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 5,27%. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang diberikan kepada website Kota Tarakan adalah pada halaman utama website Kota Tarakan, tampilan halaman pada menu-menu website, berita berita yang ada pada website, dan agar ditambahkan fasilitas komunikasi antara pengguna dengan pihak pengelola website ataupun organisasi terkait. Dengan rekomendasi perbaikan tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas website Kota Tarakan. Analysis of the success of the website is one step to develop a website for the better. This analysis aims to find factors or variables that influence the quality of a website. To facilitate the research, the variables used in this study are variables in the Webqual 4.0 model, where the quality of the site is determined by user satisfaction which is influenced by the variables of usability, quality, and quality of service interaction. The method used to analyze the data is a quantitative analysis method in which the distribution of scores and scale categories has been determined. Data was collected by placing a questionnaire on the website of the City of Tarakan. The purpose of this research is to find out the magnitude of the influence of these variables and then recommend improvements for website development to make it better. The test results in this study showed that the usability variable had a significant effect of 38.46%, the information quality variable had a significant effect of 43.32%, and the service interaction variable had a significant effect of 5.27%. Recommendations for improvement given to the Tarakan City website are on the main page of the Tarakan City website, page views on website menus, news on the website, and to add communication facilities between users and website managers or related organizations.
