Abstract
Problem/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the irregularities that arise in waste management in Badung Regency. Objective: The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the Supervision Function of the Civil Service Police Unit in the regional regulation concerning waste management and its violations by illegal waste disposal. Methods: The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with an inductive approach. The data collection technique used in this research is the technique of Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Results/Findings: The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the supervisory function of the Civil Service Police Unit in Badung Regency has been carried out well and active patrols, but there are still some obstacles that become obstacles such as funding and costs as well as human resources who are less qualified and understanding about Perda . The efforts of the Civil Service Police Unit in implementing the supervisory function have not been good and maximal, judging from the implementation, which has to wait for reports or complaints and patrols are rarely carried out due to funding constraints. Conclusion: the conclusion in this study is that the implementation of the supervisory function of the Civil Service Police Unit in Badung Regency has been carried out well and actively.
