Abstract

increased the quality of personnel resources, coaching and monitoring is all that is humanly possible in order to create socialli responsive civil servants. One way to realize the development of civil servants is to implement indonesia’s republic rule number 53 in 2010. Purpose: This study aims to determine and describe the implementation of employee discipline in the Personnel and Human Resources and will identify and describe what obstacles and efforts are made in implementing employee discipline at the civil service agency and human resource development of fakfak regency. Method: The author uses qualitative research with descriptive methods and inductive approaches, among others, by using interviews, observation and documentation. Result: The results of the study indicate that the implementation of employee discipline at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development in Fakfak Regency has been running quite well but there are still inhibiting factors that become obstacles, such as facilities that do not support the implementation of employee discipline in the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development in Fakfak Regency and there are some employees who still had the lack of awareness related to discipline Conclusion: the Fakfak regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency must continue to improve facilities in the form of finger prints and air conditioning as well as training for employees to improve the ability of employees to carry out their duties and responsibilities.
