Abstract
Policies issued by the government to tackle poverty, one of them is the Regulation program in the form of cash assistance to poor families who have fulfilled the requirements. Based on observations made by researchers, it was found that there were problems regarding data that have not yet been update. This research for determine how the Policy Implementation of the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Social Affairs Regulation No. 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program and any obstacles encountered in the Implementation in the Bendo District of Magetan City. This research consists of one variable, namely policy implementation, the author refers to the theory of public policy by Mazmanian dan Sabatier model that there are 3 variables that affect the performance of public policy implementation, which are the problem characteristics, policy characteristics, and policy environment. The method used is by qualitative approach with the type of descriptive research. Data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques of this study were observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis is performed through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the research found that implementation of the Hope Family Program in Bendo District, Magetan City has been implemented well so that the policy objectives have been achieved, but not optimally because there are several indicators of the dimensions of policy implementation are not well implemented and there are some obstacles in the implementation of the program such as data that is not in accordance with the facts in the field.
