Abstract
ABSTRACT Civil servant must have working capital. One of wich must be owned is discipline. Discipline is an important element that can affect the performance of civil servants. The implementation of the discipline of civil servants is aimed so that they can run the wheels of government and development of Indonesia with the responsible character of every civil servant. So that civil servant can set an example for the community through the behavioral mindset and ethics speak. In this final report the authors choose the title of ‘’implementation of the discipline policy of civil servants in sub district Wanea Manado city North Sulawesi Province’’. This observation aims to obtain a clear picture through the activities undertaken by employees in the Wanea District Office, and to determine what factors that support and hamper the implementation of discipline employees in District Wanea, Then in order to know what the head of District efforts in improving civil servant discipline in Wane Observation method used is qualitative method with descriptive research and inductive approach. To obtain author data using interview techniques, observation and documentation in the work environment of Wanea District officials. The observations made by the authors resulted in the conclusion that the implementation of disciplinary policies of employees in the Wanea District Office has not been effective because it has not reached the target of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structurea District.
