Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): This study started from the problem whereas dependence of Kubu Raya Regency on transfer funds from central government because the Local Own Region is still low. Purpose: This study aims to analyse Local Own Revenue in supporting regency financial dependency during the fiscal years of 2020-2022, discover the inhibiting factors in Local Own Revenue increase and the efforts that has been done by Kubu Raya Regency Government in increasing Local Own Revenue. Method: This study uses a Descriptive Qualitative Method with Inductive Thinking Framework. The Theory used is The Financial Report Theory by Mahmudi (2019) with five ratio. The technique of collecting data are done by interviews (4 informants) and documentation. Result: According to the study which has been done it is showed that the level of regional financial independency in Kubu Raya Regency is still low. Conclusion: This is evidenced by the poor degree of decentralization, very high regional financial dependency, very low regional financial Independency accompanied by instructive relationship pattern, less effective Local Own Revenue but very efficient. It is recommended to provide facilities of tax collecting and optimize public service. Keywords: Local Own Revenue Analysis, Region Independency
