Abstract

Problem Statement/Background (GAP): Where the beginning of its enactment since the Circular Letter of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 472.1/4996/SJ concerning the Acceleration of the Application of the Funeral Basic Book. Furthermore, it was taken seriously by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Banyumas Regency. Purpose: This study aims to determine how to optimize the coverage of death certificates through the Funeral Basic Book in the era of digitalization of SIAK centralized at the Banyumas Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. Method: The author uses a descriptive qualitative research method with an inductive approach, for the collection techniques used, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. Results: Based on research conducted by the author, optimization of death certificate coverage through funeral staple books in the era of centralized SIAK digitization has been carried out and has run optimally and optimally because from several interviews conducted by researchers it has been optimal, even though before the innovation of the Funeral Basic Book there were still obstacles. Inhibiting factors before the optimization of Death Certificate coverage through the Funeral Basic Book in the era of centralized SIAK digitization are: not all people in Banyumas Regency are aware of the orderly population administration, especially regarding death reporting, not all agencies, both Government Agencies and non-Government Agencies of Banyumas Regency are aware of the orderly population administration, especially regarding death reporting, and the people of Banyumas Regency are still mostly still Neglect with reporting deaths when a family member dies. Based on the results of the study, the author suggests that the Banyumas Regency Population and Civil Registration Office conduct regular socialization and expand the reach to villages regarding the importance of death certificates. Conclusion: The optimization of Death Certificate coverage through the Burial Basic Book in the Era of Centralized SIAK Digitalization at the Banyumas Regency Population and Civil Registration Office analyzed using the Mardiasmo theory (2018) is considered to have been carried out well and is optimal because from several interviews carried out agreed and revealed that the Funeral Basic Book is optimal in its implementation in Banyumas Regency, although there needs to be an increase to be more well again.
