Abstract

Problem Statement / Background (GAP): Efforts to secure land assets located in Kabupaen Mamberamo raya are still not carried out properly. Therefore, the government needs regional asset management efforts, especially related to land assets. The majority of land assets owned by the Mamberamo Raya Regency Government do not yet have certificates, because most of the assets owned by the Mamberamo Raya Regency Government are delegated from Burumeso Regency. Purpose: This study aims to determine how to optimize the security of land assets owned by the Mamberamo Raya Regency Government. In addition, it is also to find out what obstacles in optimizing land asset security and what efforts are made in overcoming these obstacles. Method: The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach. Data sources in this study are primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data presentation and conclusions. Results: The findings of this study show that the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of Mambramo Raya Regency with the approval of the Regional Head of Mamberamo Raya Regency formed a deliberative team to negotiate with the parties concerned regarding the solution of land asset problems in the field, namely land adjacent to land owned by other parties. Conclusion: Optimization of land asset security owned by the Mamberamo Raya Regency Government is still not optimal. This is because in optimizing the security of land assets owned by the Mamberamo Raya Regency Government, both physical security, administrative security and legal security, there are still several obstacles.
