Abstract

ABSTRACT Problems Statement/Background (GAP) : This research was motivated by a phenomenon that occurred at the Bungo Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency where in 2017 and 2020 received a Qualified Opinion (WDP) on the presentation of financial statements with allegations that there are still obstacles to the presentation of reports finance that is influenced by the applied regional financial accounting system variables. Purpose : This study aims to determine how much influence the regional financial system has on the financial quality reports of the Bungo Regency local government. Method: The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an explanatory type. The variables used in this study are the Regional Financial Accounting System and the Quality of Regional Government Financial Reports. In terms of supporting this research, the tool used to obtain statistical data is Software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 25.0 for Windows. Result : The results of this study indicate that the H1 hypothesis is accepted or the Regional Financial Accounting System has a significant effect on the Quality of Regional Government Financial Statements with a large influence of 60.4% and the rest is influenced by other variables outside the research. Conclusion : Based on the results of interviews with researchers with informants, the better the Regional Financial Accounting System implemented by the Bungo Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency so that the Regional Government Financial Reports are of higher quality. Keywords: Regional Financial Accounting System, Quality of Regional Government Financial Statements, Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar belakang (GAP) : Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Bungo dimana pada tahun 2017 dan 2020 mendapatkan opini Wajar Dengan Pengecualian (WDP) atas penyajian laporan keuangan dengan dugaan masih terdapat kendala atas penyajian laporan keuangan yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah yang diterapkan. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Bungo. Metode : Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan jenis eksplanatori. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah dan Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah. Dalam hal mendukung penelitian ini, alat yang digunakan untuk mengoleh data statistik yaitu Software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 25.0 for Windows. Hasil/Temuan : Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis H1 diterima atau Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah dengan besar pengaruh yang diberikan sebesar 60,4% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil dari wawancara peneliti dengan informan maka semakin baik Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah yang diterapkan oleh Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Bungo sehingga Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah semakin berkualitas.
