Abstract

ABSTRACT Problems/Background (GAP): The application of SIPD in all Regional Governments from planning to evaluation as well as the application of new rules in financial reports and Sikka Regency is able to maintain the acquisition of opinions on the implementation of new rules in WTP in 2022. Purpose: This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of the implementation of SIPD which has just been implemented throughout Indonesia starting in 2022 and the quality of LKPD with the latest regulation on the 2022 BPK Audit Opinion Acquisition in Sikka Regency. Method: This research method is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study amounted to 68 people with purposive random sampling technique. Data analysis model using multiple linear regression. The data obtained was processed and analyzed using SPSS Version 20 statistical data processing software. Results/Findings: The results of the study show that the application of SIPD has a positive and significant effect on the BPK's Audit Opinion Obtaining. The quality of LKPD has a positive and significant effect on the Obtaining of BPK's Audit Opinion. The application of SIPD and LKPD Quality together influence the Obtaining of BPK's Audit Opinion. Conclusion: The Implementation of Local Government Information Systems (SIPD) and Quality of Local Government Financial Reports (LKPD) have a positive and significant effect on BPK Audit Opinion Obtaining. The adjusted R2 value of 0.628 means that the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable of 62.8% or it can be said that 62.8% of the change in the BPK Opinion Gathering variable can be explained by the SIPD Implementation and Quality of LKPD variables. Keywords: BPK Opinion, LKPD, SIPD ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Penerapan SIPD di seluruh Pemerintah Daerah mulai dari perencanan hingga evaluasi serta penerapan aturan baru dalam laporan keuangan dan Kabupaten Sikka mampu mempertahankan perolehan opini pererapan aturan baru dalam WTP pada Tahun 2022. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh dari Penerapan SIPD yang baru saja diterapkan diseluruh Indonesia mulai Tahun 2022 dan Kualitas LKPD dengan adanya regulasi terbaru terhadap Perolehan Opini Audit BPK Tahun 2022 di Kabupaten Sikka. Metode: Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Random Sampling. Model analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Data yang didapatkan diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Software pengolah data statistik SPSS Versi 20. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Penerapan SIPD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perolehan Opini Audit BPK. Kualitas LKPD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perolehan Opini Audit BPK. Penerapan SIPD dan Kualitas LKPD secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Perolehan Opini Audit BPK. Kesimpulan: Penerapan Sistem Informasi Pemerintah Daerah (SIPD) dan Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (LKPD) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perolehan Opini Audit BPK. Nilai adjusted R2 sebesar 0,628 mempunyai arti bahwa variabel dependen mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel independen sebesar 62,8% atau dapat 88 dikatakan 62,8% perubahan atas variabel Perolehan Opini BPK dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Penerapan SIPD dan Kualitas dari LKPD.
