Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP) :The development of today's world has been rapid in recent times, especially in the field of information technology. This certainly has an impact on every aspect of human life, one of those affected is the government sector. Through the Electronic-Based Government System implemented within the local government of the Manokwari district, West Papua province, it proves that currently information technology must be applicable in public service. One of the programs that supports SPBE is the Online-Based Restaurant Regional Tax Application System which began in 2019 which is also the focus of this research, which is located at the Regional Revenue Agency of Manokwari Regency. Purpose: This study aims to obtain information about how the implementation of the Restaurant Regional Tax Application System uses a descriptive qualitative research method that aims to gain a sufficiently deep understanding of the Restaurant Regional Tax Application System. Method: The data analysis techniques applied in this study are data reduction, data presentation. , and also draw conclusions. Result: The results of this study prove that the Restaurant Regional Tax Application System has been running since 2019, it's just that at that time the Covid-19 pandemic had occurred so that the existing budget could only be allocated for the Restaurant Regional Tax Application System in 2023. Conclusion: In 2023 this is the Application System The Regional Tax started to run well because it started to be supported from the financial sector to the full attention of the leadership of the Manokwari Regency Regional Revenue Agency, Keywords: Application, Government, Information Technology 2 ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Perkembangan dunia saat ini sudah pesat dalam beberapa waktu terakhir ini, terutama pada bagian teknologi informasi. Hal ini tentu berdampak ke setiap aspek kehidupan manusia, salah satu yang terdampak yaitu pada sektor pemerintahan. Melalui Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik yang diterapkan dalam lingkungan pemerintah daerah kabupaten Manokwari provinsi Papua Barat membuktikan bahwa saat ini teknologi informasi sudah harus bisa diterapkan dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Salah satu program yang mendukung SPBE adalah Sistem Aplikasi Pajak Daerah Restoran Berbasis Online yang sudah dimulai pada tahun 2019 yang juga menjadi fokus dari penelitian ini, yang berlokasi pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Manokwari. Tujuan: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang bagaimana penerapan dari Sistem Aplikasi Pajak Daerah Restoran dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskripsi yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang cukup dalam tentang Sistem Aplikasi Pajak Daerah Restoran. Metode: Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan juga penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Sistem Aplikasi Pajak Daerah Restoran ini sudah berjalan sejak 2019, hanya saja pada saat itu pandemi covid-19 telah terjadi sehingga anggaran yang ada baru dapat dialokasikan untuk Sistem Aplikasi Pajak Daerah Restoran pada tahun 2023. Kesimpulan: Di tahun 2023 inilah Sistem Aplikasi Pajak Daerah mulai berjalan secara baik karena mulai didukung dari sektor finansial hingga perhatian penuh dari pimpinan Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Manokwari, Kata kunci: Teknologi Informasi, Pemerintahan, Penerapan
