Abstract
Problem/Background (GAP) : Small and Medium Industries in Mojokerto Regency are the backbone of the economy of Mojokerto Regency, this proves that Mojokerto Regency has extraordinary potential that must be developed. As the data above is small business data in Mojokerto Regency with the number of small businesses reaching 9,937 business units. The purpose: of preparing this thesis is to analyze the efforts of the Mojokerto Regency Industry and Trade Office and the Mojokerto Regency Cooperative and Micro Business Office in empowering the small rambak cracker industry in Bangsal Village, Bangsal District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java Province. The method: used in the preparation of this thesis is a descriptive method with an inductive approach, while the data collection technique used is through interviews, observation and documentation. In analyzing the data, the researcher uses data reduction method, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results: The results of this study indicate that the empowerment of the small rambak cracker industry in Bangsal Village, Bangsal District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java Province applies the concept of empowerment which includes human development, business development, environmental development and institutional development. Conclusion: Empower small rambak cracker industries in Bangsal Village, Bangsal District, Mojokerto Regency by the Industry and Trade Office of Mojokerto Regency and the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Mojokerto Regency have been carried out well, but there are still obstacles in the form of budget constraints and fluctuations in raw material prices. as well as from industry players the problem of the absence of halal certification from the MUI which must be addressed immediately. Keyword : Empowerment, Small Industry, Industrial Play Permasalahan/Latar Belakang(GAP) : Industri Kecil Menengah di Kabupaten Mojokerto merupakan tulang punggung perekonomian Kabupaten Mojokerto, hal ini membuktikan bahwa Kabupaten Mojokerto mempunyai potensi yang sangat luar biasa yang harus dikembangkan. Sebagaimana data diatas merupakan data usaha kecil di Kabupaten Mojokerto dengan jumlah usaha kecil mencapai 9.937 unit usaha. Tujuan: penyusunan skripsi ini adalah untuk menganalisis upaya Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Mojokerto dan Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Mojokerto dalam pemberdayaan industry kecil kerupuk rambak di Desa Bangsal Kecamatan Bangsal Kabupaten Mojokerto Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode: yang digunakan dalam penyusunan skripsi ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam analisis data peneliti menggunakan metode reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan industri kecil kerupuk rambak di Desa Bangsal Kecamatan Bangsal Kabupaten Mojokerto Provinsi Jawa Timur menerapkan konsep pemberdayaan yang mencakup bina manusia, bina usaha, bina lingkungan dan bina kelembagaan. Kesimpulan: Pemberdayaan industry kecil kerupuk rambak di Desa Bangsal Kecamatan Bangsal Kabupaten Mojokerto oleh Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Mojokerto dan Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Mojokerto telah dilaksanakan dengan baik namun masih terdapat hambatan berupa keterbatasan anggaran dan fluktuasi harga bahan baku, serta dari pelaku industri masalah belum adanya sertifikasi halal dari MUI yang harus segera diatasi.
