Abstract

ABSTRAK Peraturan Presiden Nomor 95 Tahun 2018 tentang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik ,Berdasarkan Peraturan tersebut maka pelayanan berbasis elektronik salah satunya situs web.situs web milik dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Supiori untuk menyampaikan informasi pendidikan yang disampaikan oleh dinas pendidikan,Permasalahan dalan Penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Situs Web Dinas Pendidikan sebagai Informasi Pendidikan di Kabupaten Supiori,apa saja yang menjadi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dinas pendidikan dalam menyampaikan informasi pendidikan,serta upaya yang dilakukan dinas pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas situs web.Tujuan Penelitian ini antara lain salah satu fungsi pemerintah ialah pelayanan,pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat harus secara merata dalam segala aspek salah satunya informasi yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Pencarian ini Fokus melihat kualitas situs web sebagai informasi pendidikan,manfaat dan kegunaan situs web serta kekurangan pada situs web,Tujuan Penelitian ini ialah Mengetahui kualitas website dinas pendidikan dalam keberhasilan penyampaian informasi (kualitas Website),Menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat keterbukaan informasi pendidikan,kemudian Mendeskripsikan upaya yang dilakukan dinas pendidikan kabupaten supiori dalam meningkatkan kualitas situs web dinas pendidikan sebagai media informasi pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deduktif dengan maksud untuk mengetahui fenomena-fenomena yang sulit untuk dipahami,kemudian penulis menarik kesimpulan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data . Hasil Penelitian tentang Kualitas Situs Web Dinas Pendidikan Sebagai Informasi Pendidikan di Kabupaten Supiori Provinsi Papua berrdasarkan teori Kualitas Website oleh Alvaro Rocha 2012 yang dilakukan pada dinas pendidikan kabupaten supiori adanya penerapan e-goverment salah satunya situs web.Kualitas Situs web yang sudah berjalan dengan baik dan tidak ditemukan adanya kendala dalam mengakses situs web tersebut ,namun admin web belum adanya keaktifan dalam memposting berita terbaru dan juga disebabkan dengan beberapa kendala salah satunya infrastruktur jaringan yang belum menyeluruh dikabupaten supiori . The problem in this research is the quality of the official website. Education as Educational Information in Supiori District, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the education office in conveying educational information, as well as the efforts made by the education office to improve the quality of websites. to the community must be evenly distributed in all aspects, one of which is the information provided to the public. This search focuses on looking at the quality of the website as educational information, the benefits and uses of the website and the shortcomings of the website. The purpose of this research is to determine the quality of the education office's website in the successful delivery of information (website quality), analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for educational information disclosure, then Describe the efforts made by the Supiori district education office in improving the quality of the education office website as an educational information medium. The method used by the author is a qualitative method using a deductive approach with the aim of knowing difficult-to-understand phenomena, then the authors draw conclusions using interviews, observation and documentation as instruments for data collection. The results of research on the Quality of the Website of the Education Office as Educational Information in Supiori Regency, Papua Province, based on the theory of Website Quality by Alvaro Rocha 2012 which was carried out at the Supiori district education office, had the implementation of e-government, one of which was a website. Quality of websites that have been running well and no problems were found in accessing the website, but the web admin has not been active in posting the latest news and it is also caused by several obstacles, one of which is the network infrastructure which is not comprehensive in Supiori Regency.
