Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The effectiveness of land fixed asset administration in Bekasi Regency is the focus of researchers in this study. Purpose: This study aims to find out how the Effectiveness of Administration of Land Fixed Assets in Bekasi Regency, West Java Province. Method: This study uses qualitative research methods with the aim of studying and understanding meaning. Researchers use a case study approach, researchers collect complete information related to a case. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Result: based on the observations that have been made, the effectiveness of the administration of government�owned land assets at the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of Bekasi Regency has not been optimal, there are still incomplete land asset data, namely land area, proof of land ownership, and duplicate documents. Conclusion: The effectiveness of the administration of government-owned land assets at the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of Bekasi Regency has not been optimal, there are still incomplete land asset data, namely land area, proof of land ownership, and duplicate documents. The Government's efforts in the Effective Administration of Land Fixed Assets in Bekasi Regency are by collecting existing data, cross-checking again to the location, communicating and coordinating between related Offices and Agencies, and submitting land acquisition budgets to the related Offices and Agencies. Keywords: Effectiveness; Administration of Land Fixed Asset ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Efektivitas penatausahaan aset tetap tanah di Kabupaten Bekasi menjadi fokus peneliti dalam penelitian. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Efektivitas Penatausahaan Aset Tetap Tanah di Kabupaten Bekasi Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tujuanmempelajari serta memahami makna. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, peneliti melakukan penghimpunan informasi secara lengkap terkait sebuah kasus. Adapun teknik penumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: berdasarkan hasil dari pengamatan yang sudah dilakukan, kegiatan efektivitas penatausahaan aset tanah milik pemerintah pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (BPKD) Kabupaten Bekasi belum optimal, masih terdapat data aset tanah yang belum lengkap yaitu luasan tanah, bukti kepemilikan tanah, dan dokumen ganda. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan efektivitas penatausahaan aset tanah milik pemerintah pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (BPKD) 2 Kabupaten Bekasi belum optimal, masih terdapat data aset tanah yang belum lengkap yaitu luasan tanah, bukti kepemilikan tanah, dan dokumen ganda. Upaya Pemerintah dalam Efektivitas Penatausahaan Aset Tetap Tanah di Kabupaten Bekasi yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data-data yang ada, mengcross-check ulang ke lokasi, melakukan komunikasi dan koordinasi antar Dinas dan Instansi terkait, serta mengajukan anggaran-anggaran pengadaan tanah kepada Dinas dan Instansi terkait.
