Abstract
The author focuses on the disaster resilient village program and community participation in the program. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the disaster resilient village program and the obstacles and efforts in dealing with these obstacles. Method: This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and effectiveness according to Sondang Siagian's theory. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing 4 informants, observation and documentation. Result: The findings obtained by the author are that the disaster resilient village program has not been effective because there is no program sustainability, but the community response to this program is good.. Conclusion: The disaster resilient village program has not been running effectively due to funding constraints and lack of program sustainability. The response of the community to this program is good and willing to actively participate and the reduction in the number of disaster risks that occur also appears significant. It is recommended that the local government immediately follow up so that this program is carried out again. Keywords: Effectiveness;Disaster Resilient Village;Disaster Management ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Penulis berfokus pada program desa tangguh bencana dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap program tersebut. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari program desa tangguh bencana dan kendala serta upaya dalam menghadapi kendala tersebut.. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan efektivitas menurut Teori Sondang Siagian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara terhadap 4 informan, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang diperoleh penulis adalah belum efektivitasnya program desa tangguh bencana dikarenakan keberlanjutan program tidak ada, akan tetapi respon masyarakat terhadap program ini baik.Kesimpulan: Belum berjalan secara efektif program desa tangguh bencana dikarenakan kendala dana dan keberlanjutan program belum ada. Respon dari masyarakat terhadap program ini baik dan mau berpartisipasi secara aktif dan penurunan jumlah risiko bencana yang terjadi pun nampak signifikan. Disarankan kepada Pemerintah Daerah untuk segera menindaklanjuti agar program ini dilakukan kembali. Kata kunci: Efektivitas;Desa Tangguh Bencana;Penanggulangan Bencana
