Abstract

ABSTRACT Problems/Background (GAP): The effectiveness of the Jakarta Evolution application in supporting licensing services at the North Jakarta Administrative City One-Stop Service Implementation Unit. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to find out how effective the Jakarta Evolution application is in supporting licensing services and to find out the factors inhibiting factors in achieving the objectives of this application. Method: The research design used is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used by the authors are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Results/Findings: The results of the study show that the Jakarta Evolution application has been effective in facilitating licensing services in the Administrative City of North Jakarta but has not been implemented optimally with the constraints still present. Efforts made by the North Jakarta Administrative City One-Stop Integrated Service Implementation Unit are to further increase the socialization of this application to the public and strengthen this application server so that no more interference occurs. Conclusion: The conclusions given by researchers in this study are taken as material for consideration in supporting service effectiveness Licensing through this application is to further increase the socialization of this application to the public so that this application is better known to the public in managing licensing and strengthening this application server to avoid interruptions when the application is used. Keywords: Service effectiveness, Jakarta Evolution Application, Licensing services ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Efektivitas aplikasi Jakarta Evolution dalam menunjang pelayanan perizinan di Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara.Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif aplikasi Jakarta Evolution dalam menunjang pelayanan perizinan serta mengetahui factor-faktor penghambat dalam mencapai tujuan aplikasi ini. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Jakarta Evolution telah efektif dalam memudah pelayanan perizinan di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara namun belum terlaksana secara optimal dengan masih adanya hambatan-hambatan yang menjadi kendala. Upaya yang dilakukan Unit Pelaksanan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara ada dengan lebih meningkatkan lagi sosialisasi tentang aplikasi ini kepada masyarakat serta memperkuat server aplikasi ini sehingga tidak lagi terjadi gangguan Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan yang diberikan peneliti dalam penelitian ini sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam menunjang efektivitas pelayanan perizinan melalui aplikasi ini adalah dengan lebih meningkatkan sosialisasi aplikasi ini kepada masyarakat sehingga aplikasi ini lebih dikenal masyarakat dalam mengurus perizinan serta memperkuat server aplikasi ini untuk menghindari gangguan saat aplikasi di gunakan.
