Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background : The author focuses on the problem of enforcing health protocols by the civil service police unit and what factors affect the ineffectivness of enforcement of health protocols in Malinau Regency. Purpose: The purpose of writing this thesis is analyze and describe the effectiveness of health protocol enforcement of the Covid-19 health protocol by the civil service police unit and see what obstacles are faced enforcing health protocols and the efforts made in overcoming the inhibiting factors. Method: The study uses a qualitative method with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The research was conducted at Civil Service Police Unit Office in Malinau Regency. Resolution : the findings obtained by the authors in this study are that the enforcement of health protocols in Malinau regency carried out by the civil service police Unit has been effective its justthat there are some people who are not fully aware of the health protocols. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the civil service police unit in carrying out its duties in enforcing the Covid19 health protocol has been carried out well and effectively even though some people do not comply with the health protocol.
