Abstract

Problem Statement/Background (GAP): There are still many Widyaiswara who have not followed the substance TOT. This incident was a factor that resulted in the low professionalism of the educators at BPSDM Bengkulu province. Substance TOT here plays an important role in improving the competence of educators at BPSDM Bengkulu Province because this Substance TOT is the basic material related to teaching materials for Widyaiswara. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the competency-based Education and Training (Training) curriculum, the obstacles that exist in the implementation of the competency-based Education and Training (Training) curriculum in building the professionalism of educators and solutions so that the Education and Training (Training) curriculum is effective in building professionalism. teacher. The theory of effectiveness used according to Gibson (1955). The dimensions are (1) Clarity of goals to be achieved, (2) Clarity of strategy for achieving goals (3) A solid analysis and policy formulation process, (4) Careful planning, (5) Preparation of appropriate programs, (6) Availability of facilities and infrastructure, (7) an educational supervision and control system. Methods: To evaluate the program, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative research method with an inductive approach.
