Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): (Contains the background behind the research). At this time services in Indonesia are still not in accordance with the government which seems negative and helps in serving. The demand for good service is still in conflict with service conditions that are still not ideal. Purpose: to review and see how the process of implementing One-Stop Integrated Services at the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services in Langsa City, Aceh Province as the organizer of One-Stop Integrated Services in Langsa City has the rights and authority as providers of licensing services in Langsa City.Methode: This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with an inductive approach, where the authors obtain data by means of interviews, observation and documentation Result: Achievement of Goals, in terms of achieving goals, DPMPTSP Langsa has been running very well, this can be seen through the Time Period indicator in which the services provided by DPMPTSP Langsa employees have been running according to their provisions in the shortest time. Integration in terms of cooperation both between fellow employees and between employees and the community at DPMPTSP Langsa, it has been going quite well. Adaptation in terms of adjustment to the work environment at DPMPTSP Langsa went well. One-Stop Integrated Services organized by the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services of Langsa City has been running well. Conclusion: By applying the basic principles of public services that aim to serve as services organized by government agencies in this case the Langsa City One Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service, which aims to meet the needs of the community in services in the field of Licensing for the community. The conclusion of the research on One Stop Integrated Services is about how services to the community are already running.
