Abstract

The research background with the number of foot traders violations during the covid-19 pandemic. The problem with the implementation of the policy is the covid-19 implementation of the policy and the spread of covid-19 through CMS transactions with buyers, the low economic conditions resulting from the disease, the ill control system, and the means and infrastructure that have been underdeveloped and much damaged. Research methods used in this study are qualitative methods using data collection techniques used by observation, interviews, and documentation.
