Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): Regional assets are one of the resources that affect local revenue if they can be managed properly, efficiently and well. The Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency is a regional apparatus that has duties and functions in managing regional finances and assets, one of which is Fixed Assets in the Form of Land. Purpose: This study aims to determine and describe the security of fixed assets in the form of land in improving administrative order in Rokan Hilir Regency. Method: The method used is Qualitative Descript the object of research based on facts in the field. Result: There are still problems consisting of physical security, administrative security and legal security. Conclusion: Based on the research conducted, the securing of Fixed Assets in the Form of Land has been going well, but in practice there are still problems consisting of physical security, administrative security and legal security. The advice given by the researcher is to carry out socialization to the community and to supervise the Fixed Assets in the Form of Land so that it is hoped that an orderly administration will be created in Rokan Hilir Regency.
