Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem/Background (GAP): (Contains the background behind the research). The author focuses on the problems experienced related to Population Administration Services through the SIPILA Application at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Purwakarta Regency, West Java Province. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find out and describe Population Administration Services through the SIPILA Application at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Purwakarta Regency, West Java Province. Method : The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Results/Findings: The results show that the administration of population administration services through the SIPILA application is very effective and efficient because it has proven to be very helpful for officers and the community in the service process at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Purwakarta Regency. Conclusion: Based on the research that has been carried out, the researcher concludes that the administration of population administration services through the SIPILA application is very effective and efficient because it has proven to be very helpful for officers and the community in the service process at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Purwakarta Regency. The suggestions from the researcher to the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Purwakarta Regency are to increase wider socialization, improve Cyber technology to overcome obstacles, improve infrastructure again to support the addition of service quotas and carry out innovation development by creating several other population administration document services to make it easier service to the community.
