Abstract
Problem/Background (GAP): In its implementation, the Taskin Gembira Program was attended by all people from Bombana Regency. Before taking part in the selection of Gembira Taskin, he must meet the requirements prepared by the committee. The Happy Taskin program is aimed at people who are less well off in the economic field. The results of the analysis of this study concluded that the implementation of the Taskin Gembira Program was in accordance with the laws and regulations that had been set but not yet optimal. Purpose: this study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of the Taskin Gembira Program in Bombana Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, the inhibiting factors and the efforts made by the government in optimizing the implementation of the Taskin Gembira Program. Methods: This study used a descriptive method with an inductive approach. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Results/Findings: This is evident from one of the recipients of the Gembira Taskin Program who complained about the difficulty of getting information on the internet because some people did not understand using the internet and there were also complaints from the Recipient of Gembira Taskin regarding late assistance provided to recipients. Conclusion: Based on the results of the analysis, the organizers should provide information orally to the recipient community through the village and sub-district government, then there must be good communication between the organizers and the recipients of assistance in this case the community Keywords: Implementation, Happy Taskin Program
