Abstract

Problems (GAP): On the Quality of Service for Issuing Building Permits at the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services, Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, there are several problems that cause the lack of quality of service for building permits, namely there are still many buildings that do not have building permits, still lack of building permits. public knowledge related to building permits, delays in the issuance of building permits. Building Permit Services are very influential on future government in Banggai Regency. Therefore it is necessary to do a research. Purpose: the purpose of this study is to find out how the quality of the service for issuing building permits at the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services, Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. Methods: This research is a qualitative descriptive based on interviews, observation and documentation, data processing with data reduction and presentation and conclusions. Results/Findings: The results of the analysis show that the service quality of issuing building permits in Banggai Regency is influenced by several factors, namely the lack of awareness of the people of Banggai Regency regarding the procedures and requirements of obtaining building permits and delays in issuing building permits caused by feasibility recommendation letters. the building of the technical team that there is no clarity of time. Conclusion: IMB service quality can be said to be good because based on the results of the author's analysis for tangible indicators, reliability, responsiveness and empathy have shown good results even though insurance indicators are not good.
