Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background(GAP): The Kendari City Government made a service application to the community named Jaga Kendari (JARI) Application. Currently the application has been running as a means of population service but doesn’t yet have an analysis as to whether this application has been successful or useful for the people of the city of Kendari as an information sistem. So in this study the author took the title Analysis of the Success of Jaga Kendari (JARI) Application as a Population Service in Kendari City with the Delone Mclean Model. Objective: This study aims to analyze Jaga Kendari (JARI) application made by the government whether it has been running well or vice versa. Method: To examine the problems in this research, the researcher uses Delone McLean Theory to measure the success of the information sistem through 6 variables, namely sistem quality, service quality, information quality, usage, user satisfaction and net benefits. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with statistical analysis. Result: The results of this research, it is known from 100 respondents from the Kendari city community that simultaneously the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable but when viewed individually, the service quality variable has no effect on the use and user satisfaction and the sistem quality variable also has no effect on the use . But for the variables of information quality and use have an influence on user satisfaction and net benefits. Conclusion: It can be concluded that there must be an increase in innovation or improvement in management of service quality and sistem quality by the government in order to attract people's interest to use the application more often and thereby increase the satisfaction of application users. Keywords: success analysis, delone and clean, information sistem, JARI application ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Pemerintah Kota Kendari membuat sebuah aplikasi pelayanan kepada masyarakat diberikan nama Aplikasi Jaga Kendari. Saat ini aplikasi telah berjalan di sebagai sarana pelayanan kependudukan tetapi belum memiliki analisis sejauh apakah aplikasi ini telah berhasil atau berguna bagi masyarakat kota Kendari sebagai suatu sistem informasi. Maka pada penelitian ini penulis mengambil judul Analisis Kesuksesan Aplikasi Jaga Kendari Sebagai Pelayanan Kependudukan di Kota Kendari dengan Model Delone Mclean. Tujuan: untuk menganalisis aplikasi jaga Kendari buatan pemerintah apakah telah berjalan dengan baik atau sebaliknya. Metode: Untuk mengkaji permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan Teori Delone Mclean untuk mengukur kesuksesan sistem informasi melalui 6 variabel yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas layanan, kualitas informasi, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat – manfaat bersih. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis statistic. Hasil/Temuan: penelitian yang dilakukan ini diketahui dari 100 responden masyarakat Kota Kendari bahwa secara simultan variable independent memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen tetapi jika dilihat secara individual pada variabel kualitas layanan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna serta variabel kualitas sistem juga tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap penggunaan. Tetapi untuk variabel kualitas informasi dan penggunaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat – manfaat bersih. Kesimpulan: Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa harus terjadi peningkatan inovasi ataupun perbaikan pengelolaan pada kualitas layanan dan kualitas sistem oleh pemerintah guna menarik minat masyarakat untuk menggunakan aplikasi lebih sering dan dengan demikian dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dari pengguna aplikasi.
