Abstract
Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP) : The author focuses on the problem of the effectiveness of online family card services. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of online family card issuance services in makassar city, to find out and analyze the factors inhibiting the effectiveness of family card services in makassar city, and to know the efforts of the population and civil registration offices in facing problems that exist in the field. Method : This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach in explaining the state of the research object in accordance with the facts in the field. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observations, documentation. While the analysis technique consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Result : The results and findings obtained by the author are that the online Family Card service has proven to run well and has succeeded in increasing family card ownership, there are external and internal obstacles in the implementation of the program are not significant obstacles, as for the efforts made to overcome existing obstacles such as improving facilities and infrastructure, in order to function to eradicate the occurrence of illegal levies and increase satisfaction with makassar city maxi service. Conclusion : The conclusion of this study in general is the Effectiveness of online Family Card Services in Makassar City in terms of indicators of achieving goals and integration has been running effectively even though in its implementation there are still several obstacles in optimizing online Family Card Services so it is hoped that this research can be useful for the Makassar City Population and Civil Registration Service.
