Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP) : Research conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Muara Enim Regency regarding the Innovation for Recording Coming to Persons with Disabilities (RENDANG PEDAS) is motivated by the fact that there are still people with disabilities who have not made population documents, the community makes population documents in an urgent situation and socialization from the Population and Registration Office is not optimal. Civil Servant on RENDANG PEDAS Innovations. Purpose : of this study is to find out how the implementation of the arrival record innovation for persons with disabilities (RENDANG PEDAS) in recording population documents for persons with disabilities in Muara Enim Regency, knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation and the efforts made by the Department of Population and Civil Registration. to overcome obstacles in the implementation of recording population documents for persons with disabilities in Muara Enim Regency. Method : The research method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach. Data was collected by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Resullt : The RENDANG PEDAS innovation that was implemented received full support from the government of Muara Enim Regency, although there still someplace untouched by the internet and some people barely known about the RENDANG PEDAS inovation. Conclusion : Based on the results of the research conducted by the researchers, it was concluded that the implementation of service management innovations for making population documents for persons with disabilities carried out by the Department of Population and Civil Registration has been going well.
