Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the problem while distributing institution’s mail and also convoluted plot of bureaucracy in South Tangerang City. Purpose: This study aims to know the development of SISUMAKER application in order to see the improvement of quality and user’s interest in South Tangerang City. Method: The study employed descriptive and qualitative method using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory by Fred D. Davis and User Interface Theory by Wiwit Siswoutomo. The technique of collecting data are done by interview (7 informant), documentation and observation. Result: The result of research showed that the development of SISUMAKER application in improving quality and interest of user is good enough. Based on the result of interview, documentation and observation, employee and citizens are using the application as an alternate way to get or make any formal letters easy and faster. Conclusion: The SISUMAKER application raised the interest of citizens and employees to use the application for daily basis. The application also facilitated the user with various kind of features in that application. As the user’s interest raising, the government are improving the quality for better user’s experience.
