Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statment/Background (GAP): The performance of the One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Service in Building Permit Services is a study that was initiated by a problem that occurred in Lhokseumawe City where there are still many buildings without permits or illegally. The performance of the One-Stop Integrated Service Investment Service in Building Permit Services is a study that was initiated by a problem that occurred in Lhokseumawe City where there are still many buildings without permits or illegally. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the performance of the One Stop Service Investment Office in providing Building Permit (IMB) services. Method: This study aims to analyze the performance of the One Stop Service Investment Office in providing Building Permit (IMB) services. Result: From the results of this study, it was concluded that the performance of the One Stop Service Investment Office in providing Building Permit (IMB) services was quite good, as seen from the dimensions of performance measurement, namely: Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability with good results. Conclusion/sugegestion: However, there must still be additional facilities and infrastructure that support service activities so that services are not hampered, namely: Computers in the front service section and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) tools on each computer.
