Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The problem of street vendors took on a life of its own, and the local government was given homework to do. The Bandar Lampung City Government published regulations about the enforcement of street vendors in Bandar Lampung City to achieve peace and order in the city, especially in the Central Market. Purpose: In the Central Market of Bandar Lampung City, the Bandar Lampung City Police Unit imposed a ban on street vendors Method: A descriptive qualitative research method was used to conduct this study. Observation, interviews, and documentation were used to collect data. Data analysis strategies involve decreasing data, presenting data, and forming conclusions based on what has been discovered in the field. The theory utilized to evaluate is Geroge C. Edward III's Agustino theory, which mentions four elements of public policy implementation: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structures. Result: According to the study's findings, the Pamong Praja Police Unit of Bandar Lampung City's performance of street vendors is progressing well. Conclusion: However, there are still challenges, such as a lack of amenities and infrastructure, a shortage of suitable land, and a lack of public awareness. Researchers' suggestion to the Pamong Praja Police Unit of Bandar Lampung City is to coordinate the improvement and improvement of government-provided land and facilities and infrastructure, increase more comprehensive socialization, and establish complaint-handling facilities.
