Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): Covid-19 began to hit Indonesia in March 2020 which made the country's economy decline. In response to this precarious situation, the Indonesian government created various assistance programs, one of which is the Village Fund Cash Direct Assistance (BLT-DD) program specifically for villagers whose economies are affected by the pandemic. Purpose: The purpose of writing this thesis is to know and understand the level of effectiveness of the management of BLT-DD carried out in Katingan Regency and know, understand and explain what are the problems that can hinder the course of BLT-DD. Method: Measuring the effectiveness of BLT-DD mining in Katingan Regency, the author uses the theory of effectiveness according to Sondang P. Siagian as an analysis knife with qualitative research methods that are descriptive by conducting interviews, and documentation. Resuld: From the research that the author conducted, it shows that the implementation of the BLT-DD program in Katingan Regency has not been effective. In its implementation, there are still some problems, especially the limited village budget and the delivery of constrained regulations to remote areas. For this reason, it is necessary to assist the village and coordinate with P3MD related to BLT and direction to the village to carry out musdesus related to the BLT budget. Keywords: Effectiveness ofManagement, BLT-DD, Covid-19 Countermeasures
