Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): (Contains the background behind the research) The Dukcapil Banjarbaru Mobile application is an online-based population administration service innovation that has been running for more than 1 year by the Banjarbaru City Population and Civil Registration Service which aims to provide convenience for the community in managing population documents and in breaking the chain of spreading Covid-19.Objective identify and analyze population administration services through the Dukcapil Banjarbaru Mobile application at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan Province .Methode: This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with an inductive approach, where the authors obtain data by means of interviews, observation and documentation Result The quality of population administration services through the Dukcapil Banjarbaru Mobile application can be measured using the theory of service quality according to Zeitahml which consists of 5 dimensions, namely tangiable (tangible), reliability (reliability), assurance (guarantee), empathy (empathy), responsiveness (responsiveness). The results of the research conducted by the author stated that population administration services through the Banjarbaru Dukcapil Mobile application at the Banjarbaru City Population and Civil Registration Service were classified as good. Of these 5 dimensions, only the assurance dimension is not fulfilled by the Banjarbaru City Population and Civil Registration Office.Conclusion: Mobile is good enough. Several problems were found, such as parents who did not understand the application mechanism, some people did not have a cellphone to access the application, and application servers that were sometimes interrupted or maintained. on the outskirts of the city, can provide computers or mobile phones to sub-districts as an alternative for people who are experiencing problems, and can cooperate with reliable third parties in the IT field to improve the Dukcapil Banjarbaru Mobile application system to make it more optimal..
