Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): (Contains the background behind the research East Lampung Regency is the largest district in Lampung Province and the largest agricultural product area in Lampung, thus triggering residents from other areas to come to East Lampung Regency in search of a viable life, both in terms of economy and education. However, the lack of awareness of migrant population registration causes local governments to resolve the problem through the Population and Civil Registration Office by creating programs to make it easier for people who are far from the district to register.Objective : to find out and analyze the Quality of Online Services for Moving Letters at the Population and Civil Registration Office of East Lampung Regency, Lampung Province and to find out the obstacles and efforts in carrying out the program for people whose area of residence is far from the location of the Population and Civil Registration Office.,.Methode: This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with an inductive approach, where the authors obtain data by means of interviews, observation and documentation Result Services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of East Lampung Regency have shown good results with the management of population data collection which can assist the community in managing population completeness, especially for immigrant residents who have not made a Transfer Certificate in East Lampung Regency.Conclusion The quality of services carried out by the Population and Civil Registration Service has been carried out well, but the level of awareness of the immigrant population is low to take care of population documents and moving arrival certificates. Suggestions from the author for the Population and Civil Registration Office of East Lampung Regency, Lampung Province that there is a need for more in-depth socialization to the immigrant population in increasing awareness of the ownership of a Moving Come Certificate by continuing to carry out health protocols in the midst of the covid 19 pandemic and adding Human Resources in the service sector.
