Abstract
Background/Problem (GAP): Finance in the macro-economic sector is a complex interrelated system. One part of the macro-economy is the implementation of the APBD which is the government's annual agenda which forms the basis for governance which must be carried out optimally and responsibly. However, in 2020 the Covid-19 Pandemic occurred which had an impact on the government financial sector which affected financial management in the government sector. Purpose: This study aims to determine the financial conditions and trends of the Bandung Regency government, especially in its implementation in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Method: This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach that explains financial conditions using the Fiscal Trend Monitoring System (FTMS) theory which consists of thirteen indicators as the basis for analysis and discussion. Collecting data using semi-structured interviews, active participatory observation, and document/literacy studies. Result: The results of this study indicate that of the twelve financial indicators studied, there are eight financial indicators that are in good condition and four indicators that are still in poor condition. Conclusion: From these findings, it can be concluded that the condition of the Bandung Regency government's financial trend is in good condition. keywords: financial conditions, financial trends, FTMS
