Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): (Contains the background behind the research) Bojong Koneng Village has several forms of local wisdom that are used to minimize the impact of landslides. This research is useful in knowing the Effectiveness of Landslide Disaster Mitigation Based on Local Wisdom in Bojong Koneng Village, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. The research technique used is naturalistic qualitative. The key research informants here are the Chief Executive of the Bogor Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency and several informants from Babakan Madang Subdistrict and Bojong Koneng Village and the people of Bojong Koneng Village.Objective : to analyze the effectiveness of disaster mitigation based on local wisdom in Bojong Koneng Village, Bogor Regency.Methode: This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with an inductive approach, where the authors obtain data by means of interviews, observation and documentation Result: disaster mitigation based on local wisdom is still not effective as seen from the less than optimal achievement of objectives, the lack of integration between related elements, namely the community and village government and village government with the Bogor Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency, there is no written legal basis regarding disaster mitigation based on local wisdom and the community Bojong Koneng Village still does not understand the importance of landslide disaster mitigation based on local wisdom.Conclusion: landslide disaster mitigation based on local wisdom in Bojong Koneng Village has not been effective. There are several things that can be done to mitigate landslides based on local wisdom in Bojong Koneng Village, namely training for the village community regarding disaster mitigation based on local wisdom, coordinating with the developer and the Bogor Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency and submitting the manufacture of earth nails to the Bogor Regency Government. .
