Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The research was conducted to identify how members of the village government work as a pattern of development in the management of Village Fund Cash Assistance for recipients to complete population administration for family members in Bonian Village. Completeness of population administration from areas far from the service center by encouraging the wheels of the government to be extra fast and responsive. Purpose: This study aims to know s to complete population administration for family members in Bonian Village. Method: This study uses Using a qualitative method by describing the results of the study conducted an inductive approach to the research focus. Techniques used in data collection are interviews, documentation, and observation. Result: The findings are youth conducted gave the results that the role of village government officials had obstacles and with a 4-dimensional pattern, the obstacles were based on their respective role categories. Conclusion: research conducted gave the results that the role of village government officials had obstacles and with a 4-dimensional pattern, the obstacles were based on their respective role categories. People who are less responsive to family population administration are encouraged by the motivation of the village government, people with disabilities are immediately given service facilities at their respective homes, for people who want to take care of population documents, they are given facilitation from the village government, and the community is given regulations to understand how the administration is correct legally.
